Business Model

The Center for Colorectal Health is modeled on the Cleator Clinic in Vancouver, British Columbia, a renowned facility that has performed thousands of hemorrhoid removal procedures using the CRH-O’Regan Banding System. The clinic now enjoys more than a 50% market share in that city since opening in January 2003. 

Centers are located in high-traffic medical buildings, initially in large cities (with populations of at least 600,000 people).  At approximately 1,200 square feet, each Center will have two to four examination rooms, one surgeon working 10 - 20 hours per week and a full-time patient care coordinator supporting the Center.  Once a Center is fully operational, throughput is estimated at five patients an hour.  Each patient will average three visits to include: one consultation/diagnosis including 1st banding, two additional banding visits and an FOBT.
